The Difficult Guest: women business owners discuss what customers really want

     “The Difficult Guest: What Customers Really Want ” will be the topic of the Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable discussion from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, December 2, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.


     Sandy Balzhiser, a leading corporate trainer, will explore the three types of “guests” faced by organizations and businesses, which include the distracted guest, the disappointed guest and the disruptive guest.  Those in attendance will also take part in a training and discussion session to help view customers in a new light.  

     Balzhiser is the founder and owner of S.B. Associates, a training and consulting company, which specializes in communication, leadership and customer service. Balzhiser is very active in the business community and has given numerous, well-received presentations for the Women Business Owners Roundtable

     The roundtable costs $8 a person payable at the door and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.
