Balancing work and career focus of women business owners roundtable
“How to Break the Worry Habit,” will be the topic of the Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable discussion from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, September 26, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.
Michele Cona, a nationally certified counselor and certified clinical hypnotherapist, knows that people worry about families, friends and themselves. When current world conditions and uncertainties are added in, the resulting pot of worry and fretting can boil over at any moment. Cona will talk about how to keep it all under control.
Cona earned her MS degree from Scranton University. A former teacher, she has been in private practice for the past 10 years and utilizes both traditional talk therapy and hypnotherapy in her counseling practice.
The roundtable costs $7 a person and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards, brochures and product samples to share.
Advance registration is required. Call the SBDC at 607-777-4024 to register.
