Dealing with difficult customers focus of women business owners roundtable
“Dealing with difficult customers,” will be the topic of the Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable discussion from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, February 28, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.
Alice Wojcio, owner of Advantage Training and Development (formerly Training Wheels), will explore the primary reasons for conflict and offer tips on how to deal with difficult people. Wojcio will discuss ways to improve communication and how others can perceive strengths as weaknesses.
Wojcio has more than 15 years experience in management, training and coaching. She is the author of Every Conversation a Success! Tips and Tools for Improving Workplace Communication. Wojcio is currently researching and writing a book on workplace trust.
The roundtable costs $7 a person and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards, brochures and product samples to share.
