Kelly named CASE Professional of Year
Thomas F. Kelly, vice president for external affairs at Binghamton University, has been named Professional of the Year for Region II of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) for 2002.
Kelly was recognized in part for his leadership in concluding the Believe in Binghamton campaign 21 percent over goal and a year ahead of schedule. The University raised $43.7 million in the campaign.
Region II covers public and private colleges in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, West Virginia, the Virgin Islands and Ontario.
