“Girls Take Charge” at Binghamton University leadership conference


 BINGHAMTON, NY --Binghamton University’s Office of Continuing Education and Outreach will offer a one-day leadership conference for girls in grades 7-12 on Saturday, February 16, at the University Downtown Center located on 67 Washington Street.

“Girls Take Charge” will feature interactive workshops with local female leaders sharing their experiences and insights on creating success and making a difference. The students will also rotate through a series of group activities and discussions on topics such as confidence and body image.  Participants will also have a chance to work with fashion designers from New York City.
