Women Business Owners to discuss customer service
Women Business Owners will discuss “The Secrets to Excellent Customer Service” at the Binghamton University Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners (WBO) roundtable from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 2, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.
Bob Stezzi, owner of Stezzi Training and Consulting, will explain how to take customer satisfaction to the next level by helping participants better identify what their customers want. Stezzi will also discuss how to avoid customer-related issues and how best to resolve customer complaints.
Stezzi Training and Consulting delivers training workshops in leadership, team development and personal effectiveness and has worked with over 300 organizations around the country.
The roundtable costs $10 per person payable at the door and includes a full breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share. Advance registration is required.
