Nanofabrication Laboratory

The Nanofabrication Laboratory, a multi-user facility at Binghamton University, supports nano-scale research by providing state-of-the-art resources.

The lab, located in the Engineering and Science Building at the Innovative Technologies Complex on Murray Hill Road, boasts 1,150 square feet of Class 1000 cleanroom space.

Academic and industry users are invited to learn to use the tools in the facility to carry out their research.

The laboratory is the direct result of the efforts of the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences and the S3IP Center of Excellence. The NLB provides educational opportunities to students by exposing them to advanced research in science and engineering.
