Snow lot rules start Nov. 15
Cars will be ticketed and/or towed from snow lots if parked after 1 a.m. from Nov. 15 through March 30, 2006.
Overnight parking is allowed in Lots H, I, M1 (near Nature Preserve), N, O1, O2, R, S, X, Y1, Y3, Y4, Y5, ZZ north and ZZ south. Do not park in commuter lots or snow lots from 1-6 a.m.

Kane takes job In Research Division
Terrence M. Kane joined the Division of Research on Nov. 1, assuming a post as associate director of economic development and outreach.
Kane brings experience in government, economic development and private sector business to his role with the University. He will assist Bahgat Sammakia, director of economic development and outreach, focusing on advancing regional economic development opportunities by working with community and business partners to identify potential collaborations and by working to attract funding for such initiatives.
Kane previously served as deputy Broome County executive. He has also held posts as deputy regional director of the Empire Development Corp. and facilities director of the Roberson Museum and Science Center. He owns Kane Property Management, an investor-owned commercial real estate enterprise.
Kane holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Washington and an associate’s degree from Saddleback Community College in Mission Viejo, Calif.

Campus SEFA Campaign
Binghamton University has reached 53 percent of its $62,000 goal for the 2005 State Em-ployees Federated Appeal. As of Friday, Nov. 4, 208 donors had pledged nearly $33,000 to the campaign, which supports health and human service agencies at the local, state, national and international levels. The campaign had reached 77 percent of its goal at the same time last year.
