SEFA Campaign tops 2004 goal

Binghamton University successfully wrapped up the 2004 State Employees Federated Appeal in December, exceeding the campaign’s $60,000 goal.

As of Dec. 12, University employees had pledged $60,710.64, continuing a campus trend of exceeding the campaign’s goal. In 2003, University employees contributed $62,300, surpassing the year’s $58,000 goal.

In 2004, 313 donors contributed to the campaign, which supports a broad array of human service agencies. Eligible campus contributors who won the drawing for gift certificates donated by the Office of the President were:

Nicole Humann, assistant athletic trainer – Russell’s James Norris, associate director of health, physical education and athletics – Cortese

Carol Jeffery, secretary, Institutional Research – Kampai

Colleen Hailey, reference librarian – Plantation House Johannes van Hoff, associate professor of physical education –Little Venice

Jay Wellman, assistant professor of management – PS Restaurant

June O’Neill, library clerk – Lost Dog .
