Adam Richman, host of the Travel Channel's "Man v. Food" comes to Binghamton University
BINGHAMTON, NY – Food fanatic and host of the Travel Channel’s highest rated show “Man v. Food,” Adam Richman, will visit Binghamton University’s Anderson Center at 8 p.m. Saturday, November 20.
Richman began his love affair with food at an early age in New York City and has spent his career traveling the United States, sampling local specialties and journaling each endeavor. Through the Travel Channel's hit program “Man v Food,” Adam has been able to share his love for diverse local flavors with the world. With a new book entitled America the Edible Adam showcases a culinary anthropology across America.
On stage, Richman will give an insider's look at “Man v Food,” the astounding diversity of foods and challenges he has taken on, and will show the audience how to cook a gourmet meal – even with food items that a typical college student might have available.
The presentation will also include an interactive question and answer segment. A book signing will follow the event.
