Women Business Owners discuss connection of body and mind

BINGHAMTON, NY – A discussion titled, “Optimize Your Potential, “ will be the topic at the next Binghamton University Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners (WBO) roundtable, at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, 3615 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, located behind the Plaza Diner.

Jan Fiori, who is a licensed practitioner, consultant and owner of Brainworks Naturally, will teach participants how to achieve goals through the implementation of brain fitness techniques.

Fiori teaches graduate level courses and offers workshops at BCC.  Through her private sessions, she works with individuals dealing with stress issues, ADHD, the autistic spectrum and brain injury trauma.

The roundtable costs $15 per person, payable at the door and includes a full breakfast.
