BINGHAMTON, NY – Binghamton University’s Office of Continuing Education and Outreach will sponsor a one-day business training course titled, “Supervising Difficult Employees,” on Wednesday, Sep. 26, at the Binghamton University Downtown Center.

This intensive workshop, which runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., will focus on how to deal with difficult employees, communicating with difficult employees, correcting behavior through performance management methods and preventing regression to old habits of difficult behavior.

The workshop fee is $169 and includes all materials, parking and certificate of completion with Continuing Education units (.7 units).
