Kelley-Wallace named Binghamton University registrar

Binghamton University Provost Mary Ann Swain has announced the appointment of Terry Kelley-Wallace to the position of University registrar.

Kelley-Wallace joined the University as assistant to the chairman of the Department of Physics in 1987 and has served in several positions for the University since that time, including as acting registrar for the last year.

Kelley-Wallace said her goal is to ensure that the 12-person office is welcoming and truly a place where students can go to resolve problems. “I think the most important thing is that we’re accessible and customer service-oriented,” she said.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University and is now a student in the Master’s of Public Administration program.

Kelley-Wallace, who grew up in Port Crane, lives in Chenango Bridge with her husband. They have two grown children.
