Steps to success focus of women business owners roundtable

“Steps to Success,” will be the topic of the Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable discussion from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 23, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.

Sandy Bonney, owner of MYB Consulting, will discuss how missions, goals and vision can play an important role in developing small businesses. She will also offer tips on how “thinking outside the box” can take businesses to the next level of success.

Bonney has been a motivational speaker for 16 years and specializes in providing support for small businesses. Through MYB Consulting, Bonney provides one- and two-day in-office training sessions that focus on developing the goals and communication skills vital to the success of small businesses.

The roundtable costs $7 a person and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards, brochures and product samples to share.
