The panel discussion will cover issues relating to the process of entering the workforce in today’s economy, job search advice, career change techniques and tips on surviving layoffs. A question and answer session will follow the discussion.

Panelists include Steve Ovadia, vice president of ProActive Solutions Inc.; Patrick Doyle, executive director of Broome-Tioga Workforce Development System; and Mary Sacco, owner of Crest Agency. Bill McCarthy, associate director of the Career Development Center at Binghamton University, will moderate the session.
