"Let Go of StressÂ…and Build Your Dreams" topic of Women Business Owners Roundtable

BINGHAMTON, NY -- “Let Go of Stress…and Build Your Dreams” will be the topic of the Binghamton University Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, at the Binghamton Regency, located on Water Street in Binghamton.

Trish Chastain-Sage, owner of Lightwork Therapy, which provides spiritual teaching and healing, will explain how to make adjustments to a business and grow in the current economy.  She will discuss how to breathe life back into a business and thrive rather than just survive.

Chastain-Sage, who left the corporate world after 15 years to open Lightwork Therapy, has a master’s degree in social science and human behavior and is a certified spiritual counselor.  She gives workshops across the United States and is a frequent guest lecturer at Binghamton University.

The roundtable costs $10 a person payable at the door and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.

Advance registration is required. Call Binghamton University’s Small Business Development Center at 607-777-4024 or e-mail SBDC@binghamton.edu to register.
