Women business owners target marketing opportunities
Women business owners will explore “Target Marketing” at the Binghamton University Small Business Development Center’s Roundtable from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 24, at the Binghamton Regency, located on Water Street in Binghamton. Laura Knochen-Davis, SBDC business advisor, will discuss ways to identify and reach out to target markets.
Knochen-Davis worked in corporate human resources and marketing for several years before starting her own business consulting firm. She later launched an on-line catalogue company and currently chairs the Southern Tier Opportunities Coalition (STOC) 20 in their Twenties program.
The roundtable costs $10 a person payable at the door and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.
Advance registration is required. Call Binghamton University’s Small Business Development Center at 607-777-4024 to register.
