The Office of International Programs advises undergraduate and graduate students planning to study abroad and administers Binghamton's study abroad and international exchange programs, the International Studies Certificate Program (ISCP), and the Dual-Diploma Programs with Turkey. We also support the University's efforts to internationalize and can direct students to other resources on campus to further their international education.
