Applications

The Bosphorus University exchange program is open to undergraduate and graduate students in all majors. An over-all grade point average of 3.3 is normally required. Applications from other SUNY and non-SUNY students are welcome.

Application forms are available online, or from the Office of International Programs at Binghamton. The application deadline is March 1 for fall semester/academic year and October 1 for spring semester. Fully completed applications will be considered on a rolling admissions basis beginning February 1 and September 1.
