New York State Police at Binghamton Officers John Pelletier, Joseph Gallagher and Brian Ackley honor those who died during the attacks of September 11, 2001, by lowering the American flag to half-staff outside the Couper Administration Building. A wreath to honor the memory of the 15 Binghamton University alumni who lost their lives that day was also placed by the memorial in the Memorial Courtyard of the Fine Arts Building.
