Campaign celebration

During Homecoming Weekend, we celebrated the successful end of a seven-year effort, Bold.Brilliant.Binghamton — The Campaign for Binghamton University, with a special celebration dinner for top donors and campus leaders on Oct. 12, and refreshments for all donors and guests during Tailgate on Oct. 13. Donors provided $101.2 million for the campaign — money that is being used to help students and faculty, enhance academic programs and research activities, and take the University to new heights of success.

At Friday’s dinner, Paul Turovsky ’73, LHD ’12, received the University Medal for his visionary leadership in shaping a culture of philanthropy at Binghamton, and for his devotion as chair of the campaign and of the Binghamton University Foundation Board of Directors.
