Live-In Staff Apartments
Each of our Assistant Residential Coordinators, Resident Directors and Community Directors are provided a furnished apartment in the hall they supervise. Assistant Community Directors are provided a room in a furnished apartment. It is our expectation that live-in staff members are visible and accessible to residents and staff during non-traditional work hours. While balance is encouraged within the department, the spirit of the live-in requirement should be expected in the role.
Amenities vary by apartment; staff can expect one-bedroom, one-bathroom, living room and kitchen at a minimum. Furniture also varies, but minimally includes a queen-size bed, dresser, couch, and entertainment stand.
