Summer Housing

Summer Session housing will be offered in the Hillside Community apartment complex, and is available from Monday May 27, 2013 to Saturday, August 10, 2013.  If you desire University housing, please read the information below so you can fulfill your housing request as soon as possible.  On campus housing is limited and will be offered on a space-available basis.

Please note:  If you are a spring 2013 and/or fall 2013 resident of Susquehanna Community or Hillside Community, you will be housed in that community during the summer.  Please contact the office (Susquehanna: 607-777-2904; Hillside: 607-777-4455) for summer housing information and to obtain the Summer Housing form.

Hillside, located on the top of a hill at the southwest end of campus, provides a panoramic view of the Susquehanna Valley.  The apartments available for Summer Session students will be six-bedroom apartments (housing six students in single bedrooms).  All apartments include a living/dining room, a full kitchen and bathrooms. Important Dates

Check-in for Term I students will be Monday, May 27th, Memorial Day. 

Check out for students not remaining for Term II students will be Saturday, June 29th.

Check-in for Term II students will be Sunday, July 7th. 

Check out for Term II is Saturday, August 10th.

Housing Rates

Summer 2013 Housing Rates will be:

Terms I & II: $1,500

Term I only: $800

Term II only: $800

Weekly Rate (including the week between Term I & Term II): $160

Students checking out of Hillside prior to the length of time they paid for will receive a refund.  Refunds are prorated on a weekly basis only; if you stay for part of a week, you will be charged for the entire week.  Weeks run from Sunday through Saturday.  Refund requests must be made in writing to the Hillside Community Office.
