Michelle Catan, Business Advisor
In 2010, the SBDC at Binghamton was awarded federal funding under the Jobs Bill to establish an outreach office in Oneonta, NY. That office is located with the Otsego Chamber of Commerce in downtown Oneonta and is manned on a full time basis by Ms. Michelle Catan. The center is very fortunate to have hired Michelle who brings 17 years of commercial banking experience and small business ownership to the position. She will work with startup and existing business people offering all SBDC services in the Otsego, Delaware and Chenango County areas.
