What kinds of events does the Student Conduct Outreach Team do?
Info Blitzes: RAs invite SCOT members to go door-to-door in their residence halls.
Presentations & Programs: SCOT will team up with your organization or do a presentation on its own about various conduct matters at Binghamton University. Presentations are often given to classes, student organizations, or residential groups.
Informal outreach: Members from SCOT can attend any festival style program and engage participants as they enjoy the festivities.
New ideas: SCOT is a group dedicated to innovation. If you've got an idea for a unique way to involve SCOT in a program, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Why should I invite SCOT to help with a program?
You want to promote knowledge around University judicial policies, the philosophy that guides the Student Conduct Office, and student rights.
You want to encourage smart decision-making among Binghamton students.
You want a program that is engaging, educational, informal, and fun.
I'm sold. How do I get SCOT at my event?
