Undergraduate - Funds approximately 170
student organizations and 25 sports clubs.
 The Student Association allocates the
funds annually. Organizations use their
allocation to sponsor speakers, programs,
and campus-wide events. 
Graduate - Funds will be used by
the Graduate Student Organization to provide funds to
each graduate department for speakers and programs. 
The fee helps to support activities of students who
participate in symposiums and conferences, as well as
some social activities on campus.

The mandatory Comprehensive Fee goes to support access services including the
University Health Center, transportation, and ID card generation. The fee makes it possible for
students to obtain academic transcripts (with some restriction) without the cost normally associated
with securing an official transcript.  It also allows for the expansion of access to the World Wide Web,
improved library services and on-line registration systems. The undergraduate Comprehensive Fee
also supports the intercollegiate athletic programs and recreational services and activities for the student
body on evenings and weekends.

Physical Education Fee - $30

If you are enrolled in a physical education course you will be charged a PE fee.
This fee covers the cost of lockers, towels and other equipment used in physical
education courses. For details, call the Physical Education Department at 607-777-4255.

Malpractice (Nursing Liability) Insurance Fee $35
Liability Insurance Premium - This fee is charged to nursing students enrolled in most nursing courses.
Any questions concerning this fee should be directed to the Decker School of Nursing at 607-777-2311
International Student Administrative Fee - $60
This fee supports certain federally mandated services and staff salaries in the Office of International
Student & Scholar Services for students with F and J visas. Questions about the should be directed
