when they join the Varsity Club:
Dr. Rachel Laws Myers-Women's Basketball -2002-2006
"There are too many amazing memories while I was an athlete at Binghamton. All of those memories consist of some amazing people...most of whom I am still in communication with today, whether through face-to-face contact, phone, email, or Facebook. Best four years of college I could have ever wanted!!!"
Tim Sheridan – Men's Soccer – 1975-1978
"Besides being a member of the soccer team with a great bunch of teammates, it was
shutting out Cornell in 1975. I was the keeper." --Graduated Law School at Loyola
University-New Orleans 1982.
I Became a Dad for the first time in on July 15, 2008-- Proud parent of my twins,
Katelyn (my daughter) and Terry (my son)."
Kristie Marie Bowers – Women's Soccer - 2003-2007
"My favorite memory while representing the University on the athletic fields was winning the America East Regular Season during the 2004 season and hosting the AE Championship. I can distinctly remember the 400 plus fans lining our practice field, cheering us on to victory and then storming the field afterwards."
Richard Hoffman – Men's Basketball – 1973-77
"Work for New York State Unified Court System, Family Court Judge"
Allen Hecht – Baseball -1978-82
"The comradeship of a nice group of fellows. I also created the Colonials logo."
Annie Crocus Boyer – Volleyball -2001-2005
"I have countless memories while competing at Binghamton University. To the early morning work outs with Bryan in the weight room, long bus rides to Maine having hours to chat with teammates, mixers with our sports teams, competing in the America East Tournament, and endless six wall touches in the East Gym my memories as a Bearcat will stay with me forever. But what I cherish most about being part of the Binghamton Family, are the friends that I've made. Many of which are still part of my life today. I can't thank Binghamton Athletics enough for those special people. GO BEARCATS!"
Darren McAllister- Men's Soccer-Class of 2008
"So many great memories of being a Bearcat, but playing against Vermont at the first sell out of the Bearcat arena in '07! A 1-0 win and a pretty good celebration afterwards! My memories of Binghamton will stay with me forever and the friends I made are my friends for life."
Lauri Crimmins – Women's Swimming & Diving – Class of 2013
"I loved every second I was in the pool with my team, but one of my favorite times as a Binghamton athlete was senior year on our training trip in Puerto Rico when we were all packed together on our pimped out bus with the lights flashing and the music blasting on our way to and from practice twice a day. I will never forget all of us singing and laughing as we tried to get the lyrics of our new favorite Spanish party songs down and mostly failed in our attempts. Also the looks of the UMass team every time we arrived at the pool." " I am currently a first-year Veterinary School Student at University of Tennessee."
