2-credit Transfer Experience Course (In-person/Fall)

The Fall 2022 UNIV 103D Food Chemistry course will explore how basic principles of chemistry manifest in the kitchen to control the taste, texture, and appearance of the food you eat.

It will be offered in a blended-course format which includes two primary components: one will focus on the academic topic, taught by a faculty member; and the second component will be devoted to new-student transition topics, taught by a professional staff partner instructor. This seminar course will explore an intriguing intellectual topic, help transfer students hone critical thinking and writing skills and assist students in making a successful transition to Binghamton University life.
