  • Housing sign up begins (part I) 
    • First-year student housing info
    • Transfer housing info
  • Submit required health forms, including proof of COVID vaccination
• May 
  • Register for Orientation (takes place in June and July)
  • Binghamton Buzz begins —a weekly email sent to new students that contains next steps, key information, how-tos, dates and deadlines, and links to required documents.
  • Transfer students: Room selection (housing part II) 
  • Submit required health forms, including proof of COVID vaccination
• June
  • Submit required health forms, including proof of COVID vaccination 
  • Accept/decline your financial aid and satisfy requirements no later than July 1
  • Room selection (housing part II)
  • Submit AP/IB test scores
  • Attend Orientation (transfer students)
  • Attend Orientation (first-year students)

  • Submit final high-school transcripts (no later than Aug. 1)
  • Attend Orientation (first-year students)

  • E-bill notification for fall 2023 sent to your Bmail (official University email) in early August.

  • Sign up for the JFK Airport to Binghamton bus

  • Have your high school send your proof of graduation (final board exam results, final transcript with graduation and/or graduation certificate).
  • Submit AP/IB/A-level scores
