Save the date for Homecoming
By Steve Seepersaud
The amount of #BingPride on campus is higher than ever. You have to experience it for yourself in person. One of the best times to come back to Binghamton is Homecoming weekend. Circle the dates of Friday-Sunday, Oct. 6-8 on your calendar, and make plans to be here.
All alumni and their families are welcome for Homecoming. We're working on a dynamic schedule of events that will be released in early June. At this point, you can count on Homecoming traditions such as Tailgate, men's soccer, TIER Talks® and a 5K run/walk. Hinman College will have a 50th anniversary celebration for Hinmanites of all eras.
Introduced last year, Bing Brews and Bands on Saturday evening will provide you with the opportunity to check out the emerging nightlife scene in downtown Binghamton and enjoy local beer and entertainment.
You'll certainly remember from when you were a student that fall is a beautiful time to be in Binghamton. Campus will be full of energy all weekend. Homecoming gets bigger and better every single year, and there is something fun for everyone. It's even more enjoyable when your friends are here. If there are people you want to see at Homecoming, start reaching out to them now.
When additional details are available, we will share them on the Homecoming website and be in touch by email. If you have any questions, contact the Alumni Engagement office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
