Experience the beautiful surroundings of our campus, along with the mindful benefits of yoga. Relax with a slow walk in the woods combined with easy yoga postures and stretches. Let the effects of deep breathing and shinrin-yoku, or Forest Bathing, naturally reduce stress and heal. Forest air doesn’t just feel fresher and better — it improves the immune system!
