Join the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Part 1 of this three-part series. Part 1 tackles shared language that we use around cultural competence work that allows faculty to provide clearer communication with students as it relates to creating, changing and enhancing our syllabi to reflect a more welcoming and inclusive classroom environment. Participants will evaluate and assess an actual course syllabus and examine best practices in creating new agreements with students as it relates to learning.
