Binghamton University celebrates Harriet Tubman Day with unveiling of historical marker

The Harriet Tubman Center for Freedom and Equity at Binghamton University celebrates Harriet Tubman Day March 10 by unveiling the Harriet Tubman historical marker — the first of at least 12 markers for the new Downtown Binghamton Freedom Trail. Tubman Center Associate Director, Associate Dean of Decker College and Associate Professor of Public Health Sharon Bryant; New York State Sen.
