ATOD Services (Healthy Campus Initiative (HCI))

Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Programs and Services addresses substance-related issues through education, support and communication. Binghamton University's philosophy regarding substance use is firm in its commitment to foster an environment that promotes the health and well-being of the entire community while responsibly and compassionately addressing the issues of the use and abuse of alcohol and other drugs.

Decker Student Health Services Center

The Decker Student Health Services Center provides currently registered Binghamton University students with psychiatric consultations from a board certified psychiatrist.

The Employee Assistance Program provides confidential, professional, work-site based guidance at no cost to University faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate student employees, retirees and their families.  EAP offers consultation, assessment, and referrals to appropriate community and professional resources as well as programs and workshops.

Healthy Campus Peer Agents

Healthy Campus Peer Agents work to enhance the health of Binghamton University students through a variety evidence-based health promotion initiatives. Peer Agents promote greater well-being by working with peers to increase awareness of wellness resources on campus, provide support, and encourage responsible decision-making.

The University Counseling Center provides comprehensive preventive and clinical services to enhance the psychological well-being of Binghamton University students so they can take full advantage of the educational opportunities at the University. Individual and group sessions are available.
