American Red Cross is a Student Association-chartered club that helps the Red Cross fulfill its humanitarian mission of preparing for, preventing and responding to emergencies.

The Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Programs and Services addresses substance-related issues through education, support and communication.  Binghamton University's philosophy regarding substance use is firm in its commitment to foster an environment that promotes the health and well-being of the entire community while responsibly and compassionately addressing the issues of the use and abuse of alcohol and other drugs.

Decker Student Health Services Center

The Decker Student Health Services Center provides currently registered Binghamton University students with primary care of acute illness and injury, health education, women's health services (including birth control), travel medicine, immunizations, HIV testing, psychiatric consultation and laboratory services. All students are eligible to visit and all services are confidential.

Harpur's Ferry

Harpur's Ferry Student Volunteer Ambulance Service provides emergency medical care and ambulance transport for medical emergencies both on and off campus. Harpur's Ferry is an Advanced Life Support (ALS) agency providing IV access, advanced airways, narcotics and other advanced procedures to patients requiring more advanced emergency care.

Lourdes Hospital provides emergency and after-hours care. In addition to the emergency room, it offers Fast Track for minor emergencies as well as walk-in centers in Binghamton (276 Robinson St.), Endicott (415 E. Main St.), and Owego (500 5th Ave.)

The REACH (Real Education About College Health) peer education program heightens students' awareness and understanding of health issues that directly affect their lives such as alcohol and other drugs, tobacco use, social life, HIV/AIDS, sexuality, self-esteem, peer pressure, relationships and healthy decision making.

University Counseling Center

The University Counseling Center provides comprehensive preventive and clinical services. Its goal is to enhance the psychological well-being of undergraduate and graduate students so they can take full advantage of the educational opportunities at the University. Individual and group sessions (i.e. Happiness Group, Demystifying Relationships, Pursuit of Academic Success) are available.
