Members of the campus community got in the holiday spirit by donning ugly sweaters and getting their photos snapped for our second annual Holiday Sweater Contest. Participants were asked to make a donation to the Bear Necessities Food Pantry. From Binghamton-themed apparel to tackier fare, students and staff came out in full festive force!

With finals approaching, paper deadlines looming and the holidays just around the corner, the end of the fall semester at Binghamton can be a lot more stressful than it needs to be. Be sure to take advantage of campus resources and attend events to alleviate your stress, and don’t forget about all of the mental health services available both on and off campus.

Whether it’s final projects or exams, it’s easy to get caught up in the moment at this time of year and forget to give thanks for what we have or where we are. To remind us of the essential things, I went around campus and asked the Binghamton community what they are thankful for.
