That time Binghamton’s Snapchat blew up because of a dog
Posted by Patricia Nieberg on November 7, 2016
President Harvey Stenger's dog, Madison, created more buzz than expected when he took over Binghamton's Snapchat. A typical dog day afternoon through the eyes of Madison Stenger was the biggest Snapchat hit thus far for the University!
Meet the star:
Just look at those eyes!
With some naps here and there, he was out the labra-door.
We agree! Very Madison, much cute, so wow.
There were tears.
But it was still "the best thing ever."
We saw some Madison-President Stenger bonding.
Some snaps were #offguard.
There were endless "omg's."
And snack sessions.
Madison gave us the inside scoop.
The rest of the reactions speak for themselves.
He also reminded us to vote!
Such politics, many democracy.
We're so happy to have our own doge of Binghamton University.
Till next time, Madison! Much love, very thank you.
Did you know? Madison was actually a trained seeing-eye dog, but he failed the final test. Luckily for us, he ended up with President Stenger!
Special thanks to Ciara Hanlon from the Binghamton Scholars Program for suggesting this great takeover idea -- and for helping Madison get around campus!
