9 Ways to De-Stress This Spring at Bing

Finals are stressful; there's no two ways about it. Luckily, Binghamton understands the #struggle that students are going through. That's why the Dean of Students Office is happy to bring back its annual Stress-Free Bing initiative. Stress-free Bing starts on April 15, with events happening nearly every day, all over campus. Check out some of the highlights!
The annual Pet-a-Pooch event is back for its eighth year! Join both the Res Life and Pet-a-Pooch teams as they help students de-stress with plenty of fuzzy belly rubs for our four-legged friends.
Keep Calm and Compost
April is Earth Month, so come celebrate by learning about the process of composting and how it promotes sustainability and a healthy environment. The event includes edible "dirt cups" to help explain the process!
Bubbles @ Bing
The Office of the President is bubbling over with excitement to bring giant bubbles, bubble wands and bubble tea to Stress-free Bing this semester.
Relay for Life
Cancer never sleeps, so why should we? Stay up all night as Binghamton attempts to raise $100,000 for the American Cancer Society. There will be music, food, fun and games for twelve straight hours. Sign up here to participate!
Respect Rave! Body Positive Dance Party
Let your energy out and celebrate your body through a body-positive dance party, complete with blacklight Zumba, free giveaways and healthy snacks!
BearcatWalk Fashion Show
Pull up a front-row seat to the BearcatWalk Fashion Show, sponsored by the Binghamton University Bookstore! Watch models from all corners of campus show off the newest University merchandise, fresh for the spring season. You might even catch Baxter making a guest appearance!
De-stress with a relieving yoga flow, short nutrition talk and DIY trail mix bar with registered dietician Alexa Schmidt.
De-Stress with Late Nite
Let the Late Nite Bing team help you relax with DIY stress balls, face masks, tea bags, slime making, adult coloring books, succulents and more!
Celebrate the final weeks of the semester by thanking some of the people who helped get you there. Write thank-you cards to inspring professors, helpful advisors, your favorite Dining Services employees, or anyone else on campus who has made a positive impact on your semester.
