Last year was my first year living off campus, and it took me some time to adjust to not being on campus and having instant access to everything like food, printing services and tutoring.

On-campus students at Binghamton are required to have a meal plan, which gives you a certain amount of money per semester to spend however you please. The key to maintaining your plan is to eat at the dining halls, rather than retail dining. Unlike the MarketPlace and other retail spots, dining hall food items are cheaper and will help you get through the semester with funds to spare.
