Who isn’t craving Belgium waffles during the holiday season? Binghamton alumni Ilene Friedman and Keegan Bailey ‘06 have made their career entirely out of making homemade waffles. With more than half of their ingredients being local to the Albany, N.Y. area, Send Me Waffles taste much fresher than your average Eggo.
