Aquatic classes
FloatFit HIIT
FloatFit HIIT is a low impact, 45-minute high-intensity interval training class that includes squats, mountain climbers and lunges — all done while floating on water using the AquaBase, a floating fitness mat.

- 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. or 6:15 – 7 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays

All class participants MUST know how to swim. Please dress to get wet! Form-fitting yoga attire or bathing suits required.
