Project Description
The American Red Cross (Southern Tier Chapter) is seeking Disaster Citizen Preparedness Presenter volunteers on a rolling-bases. Volunteers serve as American Red Cross representatives distributing preparedness information at community events, talking to groups about their American Red Cross experiences, programs and services that are offered and other related information. Educate individuals and groups on how to be prepared before a disaster occurs. This position requires a time committment of at least on presentation per month. Volunteers must be comfortable speaking to small and large groups of people of all ages or must choose a specific age group to focus on.
