Project Description
The High School Academic & Social Support Program is a partnership between Binghamton University and the Windsor Central School District. The program's objective is to provide Windsor High School students with role models and academic support during their class, study hall, or after school.

Binghamton University students will work with high school students both in classrooms and study halls to develop "future ready" skills including planning and organization. Binghamton University students will serve as tutors and mentors to the students at Windsor High School both socially and academically.

Volunteers and Interns may complete their hours during the school day from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM-2:30 PM, or after school from 2:35 PM - 3:15 PM for targeted intervention support with a specific student. Placements may include opportunities to work in a classroom related to your area of study or interest, in study halls, and in after school settings.

Interns and volunteers will report directly to the Main Office each day to receive their classroom and/or study hall placement.
