Our mission is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. That single purpose drives all we do. We are able to provide research, support and education on the topics of nutrition, physical activity, weight and stress management, building healthier kids, tobacco control and much more. Knowing the risk factors for heart disease and stroke could save your life or the life of someone you know. Heart Disease is this nations #1 killer and we are dedicated to making sure that everyone knows the warning signs and ways to stay healthy.

Locally, the annual Southern Tier Heart Walk takes place each spring, on the SUNY Broome Community College campus. For information and details on how to participate please call 607-341-8535.
