United Way of Broome County has a simple approach: we assess the community needs and bring people, agencies and resources together to bring about positive change and improve the lives of people. United Way is the largest funder of human services in Broome County, after Government funding. Our focus areas include improving academic achievement, helping people obtain financial stability and assisting others to lead healthy lives. We also operate 2-1-1/First Call for Help.
