Fabian Telch

Background

Fabian Telch's interests include public administration, public management, strategic planning, organizational justice and complexity in the public sector. Specifically, his work addresses research on strategic planning in Latin-American countries and comparative analyses on public administration issues.

Telch has worked at the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia on on human resources issues in the public sector, and in Italy working in a project of the European Social Fund that addressed aging in the workforce. His has co-taught courses on labor sociology, performance management and public administration at Parma University. He has worked in Colombia with several public and non-governmental organizations as the Administrative Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (Colciencias), the Housing Ministry, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), the Ombudsman Office of Colombia, Allianz Group and Corporación Minuto de Dios.
