Monica Grau


Monica Grau's research interests involve the impact that alcohol use and campus climate have on student persistence. She is also interested in ways student leaders can impact the climate on campus as well as create change from within the student culture.

She was a resident assistant and worked as an intern with the college rape crisis counselor on the impact for students in the college environment. She also worked as a graduate assistant in Residence Life and with the Student Development at New York University.
