In accordance with the university-wide Pass/Fail policy for the Spring 2020 semester issued by the Provost’s office, CCPA will be allowing undergraduate students to take 12 credits under the Pass/Fail grading option to fulfill major, minor, prerequisite and/or general education requirements. Current policies regarding Dean’s List for CCPA still stand, which states that students must be enrolled in 12 credits graded under the standard letter grade option and receive a GPA of 3.75 for the semester with no missing or incomplete grades. Students have until June 5, 2020, to decide which grade option they wish to pursue. Students have the ability to view their letter grades prior to making a final decision about which grade option they wish to pursue.
Students may be eligible to take additional coursework under the Pass/Fail grading option as long as this will not cause them to exceed the CCPA policy for maximum Pass/Fail credit (16 credits).
