Dear Campus Community,

In the wake of the recent violent and tragic events in Charlottesville, VA and in our global community, the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion echos the sentiments shared by President Stenger and would like to ensure a safe and welcoming living/learning environment for every member of our campus, that's free of hatred, bigotry, discrimination and incivility. Binghamton University is home to faculty, staff and students from different countries, identities, experiences and backgrounds. We will undoubtedly face our own challenges in the coming academic year, but we are confident that no matter what we are confronted with, we will remain true to our core values of excellence, diversity, equity and inclusion.
