Diversity recruitment and hiring is an integral part of Binghamton University's strategic priority to foster a campus that is more diverse, equitable and inclusive. To assist in achieving these aims, DEI has created the following resources to help guide hiring officers and search committee members.

Recruitment and Hiring Procedures Training

All administrators, faculty and staff interested in or currently serving on a search committee are welcome to attend training that DEI has created regarding the Binghamton University hiring process. Spring 2016 training will occur:

  • Jan. 9 from 2-4pm in the University Union 108
